The week

Four days of training with no rest day. The programme is built around what the group can absorb, not around filling a calendar, and the final session ends early enough on Tuesday for everyone to make their flight without rushing.

6

Friday

Three of the group arrive a day early. Airport pick-up as usual, then nothing scheduled. Rest, or hit some balls informally if the courts are free.

7

Saturday

2 hours

Airport transfer, straight to your hotel
First session. Level assessment on court, pairings set for the week
Group briefing at your hotel. Pairings, plan for the week, and what we saw on court

8

Sunday

4 hours

Technical work, and the first look at what the video showed on Saturday
Lunch at the club, video review
Game situations and match play
The club hosts a tournament on Sunday morning, so this day starts after lunch.

9

Monday

4 hours

Technical work, built on what Sunday's video showed
Lunch at the club, video review
Point construction and match play

10

Tuesday

4 hours

Final technical block
A meal at the club and the last video review
Closing matches, filmed
Shower and change at the club, then the airport transfer for the whole group
Tuesday finishes on court by 15:00 so the whole group makes its evening flight without rushing. That end time is fixed.

14 hours on court across four days, on three courts reserved for the group throughout.

The shape of each day is fixed: two blocks with a break between them, and an early finish on Tuesday so nobody rushes for a flight. We are settling the exact session times with the club now and will send them to you before you book flights.

What you get

On court

The coaching

  • Three courts held for the group on every session, so nobody sits out
  • Three club coaches and Florent Prelot working the group
  • Indoor and air conditioned throughout, at Padel Bay in Cherngtalay
  • Video captured during play and reviewed the same day, not months later
  • A meal at the club on each of the three full training days

Before and after

The part that lasts

  • A player assessment completed before you arrive, so the week is built around your game rather than a standard drill sheet
  • A group performance dossier after the camp
  • A 90 day roadmap for each player, written from your own footage and your own words
  • Pairings checked in advance, so the first morning is spent playing rather than sorting people out

Getting around, included

Every transfer is inside the price. Airport pick-up on arrival, whether you land on the 6th or the 7th. The run to Padel Bay and back on each of the four training days. And the group departure to the airport on Tuesday evening.

Nobody books a taxi, nobody splits a fare, nobody stands outside a hotel at half past ten wondering how to get to the club. Eleven people organising their own transport twice a day is the detail that quietly ruins a training week, so we do not leave it to chance.

Where you stay

Accommodation is booked and paid by each participant directly, so everyone keeps their own reservation, their own terms and their own flexibility. You asked for SAii Laguna, so we went at the resort directly rather than pointing you at a booking site, and we got them to a real group rate: THB 9,300 net per room per night, breakfast, service and taxes included. For context, the cheapest non-refundable rate on Booking.com for the same room is around THB 11,965 a night.

The catch is the conditions attached to it: paid in full up front, non-refundable from the day you book, and a penalty even if you shorten your stay. Flexibility is the one thing you asked us for, and that rate is the one thing that removes it. So rather than decide for you, there are two routes and you can each pick your own. You are all at the same resort either way, so it changes nothing for the transfers.

The negotiated rate. Around THB 27,900 for three nights. Paid in full, no cancellation, no changes. If you are certain of your plans this is the better deal, and we will introduce you to the resort directly.

Booking.com, flexible rate. Around THB 39,900 for three nights, breakfast included, with free cancellation. Roughly 310 euros more, and what it buys is the right to change your mind.

Our advice is the flexible rate unless you are certain. Nothing is being held for the group on either route, so book sooner rather than later, and tell us where you are staying so the transfers line up.

The price

Coaching programme and all transport14 hours on court over four days, three courts, coaching staff, video analysis, club meals, assessment, dossier and personal roadmap. Airport and club transfers included.
€1,300per person
Total, each
€1,300€14,300 for eleven

This is the same coaching figure as our first quotation, unchanged. What has gone is the accommodation line, because you are booking your own rooms. The transfers that sat inside that line have stayed with us rather than being handed back to you.

How you pay

Two ways, and they work differently.

By bank transfer, you can split it. €650 to confirm your place, and €650 on 23 October, fifteen days before the first session. A transfer costs nothing on either side.

By card, it is the full €1,300 in one payment. Card processing carries a fee on every transaction, so we keep it to a single one rather than pass that cost on to you. If you would rather settle it once and forget about it, this is the simpler route.

The total is the same either way. Each participant pays individually, so nobody is chasing anyone else.

Payments are received by AFCCP OÜ, registry code 17257275, Estonia, trading as Palaestra. A receipt is issued for each payment.

Terms

What the price covers
Court hire on three courts, coaching staff, video analysis, a meal at the club on each of the three full training days, all airport and club transfers, the pre-camp assessment, the group dossier and your personal roadmap.
Not included
Flights, visas, travel insurance, accommodation, all dinners and evening meals, any meal other than the club meals listed above, and anything personal. Rackets are not provided; bring your own or ask us about rental.
Payment
By bank transfer, 50% on booking and 50% by Friday 23 October 2026, fifteen days before the first session. By card, the full €1,300 on booking in a single payment. Your place is confirmed once the first payment is received.
Cancellation
Full refund until Thursday 8 October 2026, thirty days before arrival. After that date 50% of the price is retained, whichever way you paid, and anything above that is returned to you. From 23 October nothing is refundable, because the courts and the coaching staff are committed by then.
Changing a name
You may substitute another player free of charge at any time, including after the refund date. Tell us the new name and we transfer the place.
Your hotel
Accommodation is a contract between you and the hotel. Palaestra does not hold, guarantee or refund your room. Whatever cancellation terms you accept when you book are the ones that apply to you.
If we cannot run it
If Palaestra cancels for any reason, including force majeure, you receive a full refund of everything paid, whatever the date. If a session is lost to something outside our control, we replace the hours where the club allows it and refund the value of any we cannot.

Two things worth doing early. Take travel insurance that covers cancellation, because our refund date is 8 October and your flights will be booked well before that. And complete your player assessment as soon as we send it, since the week is built from those answers.
