Palaestra padel camps — frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our padel training camps: what's included, pricing, destinations, level and how to book.

What is included in a Palaestra padel camp?

Every Palaestra camp includes elite coaching built on the Palaestra Method, two coached sessions per day, personalised video analysis and progression tracking, structured athlete recovery, and a premium lifestyle in a 5-star setting. Groups are capped at 9 players and matched by level. Camps are coaching-only, meaning you arrange your own accommodation and flights while Palaestra handles the full on-court experience.

How much does a Palaestra padel camp cost?

Palaestra camps are coaching-only (you arrange your own accommodation and flights), priced per person: Bali is €2,500 (8 days), Dubai is €2,300 (5 days) and Koh Samui is €2,500 (7 days). Each camp is limited to 9 players. Tailor-made weeks and private weekends are priced on request. Apply on the relevant camp page to confirm your spot.

Where and when are the Palaestra 2026 padel camps?

In 2026 Palaestra runs three camps: Bali, Indonesia (10–17 October 2026, 8 days), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (18–22 November 2026, 5 days), and Koh Samui, Thailand (14–20 December 2026, 7 days). Each camp is limited to 9 players maximum.

How do I book a place, and how does the selection process work?

Palaestra uses a four-step selection process to keep every group balanced: (1) you submit a short application form, (2) a 15-minute interview to understand your level and goals, (3) confirmation and payment to secure your spot, and (4) pre-camp preparation. There is no instant checkout, which keeps groups matched by level and the experience high quality.

Can I book a private, group or tailor-made padel retreat?

Yes. Beyond the scheduled camps, Palaestra designs fully tailor-made weeks and private sport weekends on request, ideal for a group of friends, a company or a couple who want private coaching and a custom itinerary. Contact contact@palaestra.fr to design your own retreat.

What level do I need to join a Palaestra camp?

Palaestra welcomes ambitious amateur players of every level. Because groups are capped at 9 players and matched by level, you train and play with people close to your standard, so both improving and advanced players progress. Coaching is personalised to each player.

What is the Palaestra Method?

The Palaestra Method is a structured training system built on four pillars: Technical Foundation, Tactical Structuring, Applied Pressure and Performance Review. Inspired by elite academies and adapted for ambitious amateurs, and combined with daily video analysis and progression tracking, it is designed to help you improve fast in one focused week.

Who runs the Palaestra camps?

Palaestra was founded by Florent Prelot, and camps are led by him alongside a team of high-level coaches. Coaching is hands-on and personalised, with two sessions a day, video review and individual feedback for every player.
